Welcome to the Beta Collection of animated wallpaper and screensaver clocks homepage. The clocks really work and the time it shows is based on your phone’s clock.
The Beta Collection is named because they are our first attempt at designing animated screensaver and wallpaper clocks for the mobile phone. They where initially made for our own use since our phones don’t have any decent clocks on them. However thanks to PL who did the Hayabusa and Flashy Radar screensavers we decided to release them for free to anyone who wants them.
The Beta Collection is a series of animated real time clocks designed as project or development studies in Flash Lite. Flash Lite is a version of Adobe’s Flash platform for the mobile phone and other portable devices. Most new Nokia and even Sony Ericsson have Flash Lite capabilities.
Minimum requirements to run:
240W x 320H pixel screen.
Version Flash Lite 2 and above.
The Beta Collection consists of 3 animated clocks.
The Purity: A pure and simple all white analogue clock on a black background. For those who want to tell the time like the clock based wallpapers and screensavers on the premium models in the Nokia phone range.
The Classic: A more traditional analogue clock face with gold like bezel, hands and detail. It features almost luminescent green quarter indicators and roman numeral hour indicators.
The Oceanic: Designed to look like a ship’s port hole window or even steering wheel. It features a faded dark blue face and striking red second hand.
